About Perfect Time Micro-Credit

Perfect Time Micro-Credit Services started operations in January 2017. It got it permission to register with the registrar general in October 2017, got its membership certificate with the Micro-Credit Association of Ghana (MCAG) in November 2017 and got its final license with the Bank of Ghana in December 2017 with the license number   MC/BOG/17/00640

We are very prudent with our decisions and apply efficient cost management skills to make sure our investors funds are never at risk.All risk we take with regard to our loans and other investment with the money market are done with proper risk mitigation in place. OBJECTIVES

To provide the kind of services that most people fail to get from the financial institutions. All singing the same song and offer products to customers instead of meeting the need of our customers in a timely, efficient and effective manner. We sell solutions to our customers and not products. We earnestly listen to the needs/challenges/problems of the customers and offer solutions looking at the services we offer.

We combine our core values of flexibility, timeliness, professionalism and others to ensure the needs of our customers are met in the most efficient and effective way.

We easily modify, alter, compromise to ensure that a purpose/mission/aim is achieved without violating the principles. In short, we are principles based and not rules based. Our attention is on what we intend to achieve, the risk we want to mitigate, and consider all options/alternatives to achieve it. We don’t bother serving customers even on weekends and at odd hours so long as it is necessary to achieve an aim and delight our customers.
Timeliness
Our services are fast and delivered at the opportune time. We ensure that our services meet the need of our customers at the right time. Our aim is to ensure our services are very beneficial to our customers and meet their needs at the appropriate time.
Professionalism
We are competent in what we do. We use our knowledge, skills set and experience to render quality services for our customers and the company. Our staff employ high standards of behavior and ethical practices in dealing with our customers.

All the terms and conditions of our services are openly discussed with our customers before the contract is executed. Our relations with our customers is that of openness and does not hide any charges or conditions to contracts/services prior to its execution.
